There are certain breeds of dogs and cats that are more than just a little unusual. Basically, you either love them or you hate them (think they're the weirdest thing ever and wonder why/how anyone could possibly own one). I am most certainly a lover. I cannot wait until my family includes a hairless cat... (or two!)
But for now, I live vicariously through others. It's fun to sculpt something and somehow watch it form from a lump of clay into a life-like creature (the cay eyes are glow-in-the-dark!)

Meow! "pet me, Mom!"
This is 'Frankie Q-Ball'
he is a special request for a friend in the rescue group I work with, as he recently passed away rather suddenly. He used to paw at his mommy to get her attention, so the friend who requested it suggested he have his paw out. |
